Does anybody read stuff anymore? That's not the SECNAV saying that. It's the change.org website were any knucklehead can start a petition and if it gets enough signatures the government will respond. So a guy started this petition as a slam on the Navy, saying the SECNAV should make her an honorary chief because she exemplifies Navy leadership.
It wasn't the SECNAV saying it.

I would figure MCPON would have a bit more sense than anyone wanting to post a random petition on a website.

IF anybody even suggested that traitor be honored in any respect by our military, they need to be smacked in the mouth!

SPC Jeff Daley, PhD - As a bumper sticker I saw once said "I ain't Fonda Jane". But you realize that the photo you posted with Fonda and Kerry together is a fake, right? The article you posted exposes that by showing the original photo of Fonda taken in FL and the photo of Kerry taken in New York, and then the photoshop that makes it appear that they shared the stage together at a protest, when they didn't. It's a nice historical example of how long the right has been making shit up to try and discredit liberals, and how long people have been, and continue to fall for the tricks.

Dial it back, folks, this is utter BS. To wit:
You may notice a time disparity. This is a hoax. Which, I'm glad, because if it was true, it'd take SSG Warren Swan to hold me back from doing something stupid to the REAL SecNav.
