I think they mean "Taliban rockets fire at BAF on continued regular weekly schedule." Only difference now is Kerry is there and they can tack on a nifty headline.
Seriously.... We took those rockets more routinely and on schedule than American Public transportation runs.

Those rockets were more out of frustration to the Devo Taliban since Sec. Kerry was already at 40k feet when those rockets were fired.
