Thanks for putting this notice out there CW3 Dylan E. Raymond, PHR. You mentioned the testing piece...what kind of tests are conducted after the event? Anything that our veterans can prepare for in advance?

We conduct assessments for our maintenance type roles: production operators, electricians, Instrumentation Technician, Millwright/Machinists,. The crafts ie electricians, Instrumentation Technician or Millwright machinists you will need to have background and experience in the area. to learn about the testing process there is a 26 page pdf testing guide http://www.shell.us/careers/operations-and-maintenance.html located at the bottom of the page. For the most part if you have passed the ASVAB you will probably do good.
If there is an experienced person with a degree they do not and probably wont apply for maintenance role so no testing is required. They can either reach out to me in advance or peruse the site in advance do a RECON to find out whats out there and what we are currently looking for. By perusing the site in advance they will also know what locations we are recruiting for.
The challenge is a high number of Servicemembers dont do the upfront work and they come up to me at the table and ask what do we have open?
This is an official WARNO for them to do some pre-work.

Operations and Maintenance jobs at Shell are on the front line of Shell's global activities and ground-breaking projects.

CW3 Dylan E. Raymond, PHR This might be the best SITREP and intel report I've seen from a company recruitment leader. I hope those that will be attending are taking great notes!
