Why The Enemy Is Good At Innovation

Animals, animals adapt all the time for survival, thus terrorists adapt because of what they are, animals, destructive animals at that, not adaptive as much as animals that have no requirement to follow ROE's rules, laws or otherwise, this is why they seem to be successful in many things, that and the fact that they look like all the other animals, perfectly hidden looking like all the other animals around them.
