Hillary is leading us to a decisive moment in America's history: Will we give her a pass and abandon the rule of law? Yes, it's really that simple...

COL Ted Mc - Her obligation to safeguard govt secrets is contractual? Her obligation to surrender govt property is contractual? Her obligation to act responsibly in safeguarding the lives of her personnel is contractual? Seriously? If true, we have a bigger problem than Hillary, don't we?

COL Ted Mc - Sorry, I've read some of the pertinent laws and I don't see how they are contractual. The document that Hillary signed appears to me only as an acknowledgement of her obligations. Also, as Scty of State she was the State Department. Who would she be contracting with?

CPT Jack Durish - Captain; She would be contracting with the United States of America in the persona of the government of the United States of America.

A contract which is not fully executed is a nullity.

I am hopeful that Hillary Rodham Clinton will not be elected especially since the investigation into server-gate is gaining traction since the staffer who installed the server was granted Congressional immunity in order to testify COL Mikel J. Burroughs. I concur that the current DOJ will have trouble if HRC is under indictment.
