Kim Bolen RN CCM ACM If this is true it opens up legal action about the individual who's reporting it and the medical staff as well as directors at the hospitals mentioned in it. I doubt it's authenticity because of this. Doctors and staff are not going to risk losing their licenses and being sued for negligence by knowingly allowing tests to not be read and directors of hospitals are not going to knowingly allow this to happen either. It seems it would be difficult on the scale this is supposed to have happened to not have a single person with a conscious (especially in the field of health care) that would not stand up and report this.

Sounds like a singular event generalized in order to yet again smear unions. Not arguing that it didn't happen, just that this is a propaganda piece.

I don't know. If it is or isn't how it works either way the VA is a shady place for medical anything
