This is somewhat weird news SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. Hazing has not been acceptable for along time and serious hazing could result in assault and battery charges under the UCMJ. I find it sad that a US House of Representative representative actually believed that adding more rules against hazing will make a serious difference.

Sure. Haven't all of the anti drug laws stopped or helped the drug problem?

Capt (Join to see) - LBJ's War on Drugs has probably been this nation's most expensive war and caused the most casualties yet ...
I think the War on Poverty has a worse operational record but it hasn't directly caused as many deaths.

This should not be apart of the budget bill. Just because the training does not meet your standard. I do not know about anyone else, but the training we received was detailed and made the standards very plain and was almost repetitive. I understand that she does not want what happened to her son, happen to others, but if you are going for a zero defect mentality, good luck. It will never happen.
