A good replacement is PMCI - Private Military Contractors International. Sad to see Soldier of Fortune go.

I agree I always like SOF mag, I'm sad to see it go.
I was always an still, are interested in the American Special, Forces and Russian/ Special Forces and Mercenaries. I think PMCI-Makes a great replacement for it.
The problem in my , opion, is I guess, I'm old, school like they say, because I rather orderd it in print, Hard copy than E-book.
I E- mailed, them and they said They don't sell, in regular print,
I'd love to subscribe to PMCI-Magazine for 2017, ect.

I haven't seen an issue in 20 years but remember when they first started. Lot's of articles about Larry Dring, SF, MACV-SOG, Rhodesian Scouts, South African issues.... ect.

I thought it was interesting the magazine started out with Vietnam stories, and grew from that.
