Though I speak Spanish and my Mother is from Honduras, This has gone far enough! Double standard. California gives free junior college to illegals with Mexican consluate ID card but state residents have to pay and now they get tax refunds? Are you sure, I thought they have to get a deceased or steal somebody's SS# to get ther refund and the names won't match? something is not right!
