But don't ever lose your good qualities; Punctuality, respect, a neat appearance at all times, that military bearing that holds your head up high, your sense of duty and obligation to a team, no matter how loosely formed. The military has hopefully turned you into a really desirable person that you can build on in civilian life. Set your goals, always be ready to learn new things, and reach beyond your comfort zone whenever you can. Always believe in yourself, and it will carry you a long way. Since I left the Army, I have only been turned down for one job I applied for. And I have stuck with jobs as long as I could. Sometimes you might leave for a better opportunity, sometimes because you don't agree with the companies morals. But I have always tried to build my way up in every company I worked for. I went from a subcontractor to a construction company to VP of Construction of their Canadian company in the span of 10 years, pulling down just short of 6 figures in the process. Believe.
