The vetting process that this admin tries to get us to believe comes from Obama's dream world...that or its a flat out lie.

I agree with both of you. Its a great thing he and his accomplice were being inspected by the Feds.

This is certainly a strange case SGT (Join to see). He may well be guilty of being a terrorist who was planning to destroy many USA citizens, a gullible wannabe terrorist, or somebody who isn't very bright and got picked up in a dragnet.
First I was surprised that a Houstoun Court judge would be authorized to try a suspected terrorist.
Second this particular suspect, born on Christmas day 1991 in Iraq and accepted into this nation as a refugee in 2009 does not seem to be a typical terrorist. He apparently completed 11 grades of education and is married with one child and lives in a Harris County apartment
Third if Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan is indeed a terrorist or a terrorist funding specialist he is in deep cover and seems to have covered up his finances very well. We will never be privy to these details which is why i am puzzled that this is a criminal court matter and not a terror court matter.

LTC Stephen F., The way I read the story is that he went before a Federal Judge here in Houston. His accomplice was busted in California.
