If there are others then I would presume they would be in fear of their lives or the lives of their families if they were to openly oppose the world's forced conversion to Islam.

More than a little likely, they are being deterred by their peers from not looking after their own. Those are tight communities, and it will be very hard to make inroads there.
Even still, that is a remarkably small number for a city so large.

"Those are tight communities, and it will be very hard to make inroads there."
Then they should move out of those communities and assimilate to the culture of their host nation.

SFC (Join to see) I follow your point, but ever hear of Chinatown? Little Italy? Those communities took generations to assimilate, too.

You bet, SFC (Join to see). You are familiar with the mafia, right? Every community has it's skeletons in the closet. These are no different. What makes this unique is the stated goal of using the mass migration of Syrians to mask infiltrating operatives and recruiters.
