Lt Col Charlie Brown One of the Worst Experiences, Taking a Ship thru RCOH (Reactor Core Overhaul) I Volunteered to Go to Desert Storm to Get Out of it the First Time when My First Ship was in Dry Dock in a Million Pieces on the Pier. Ended Up going to the Philippines for Fiery Vigil along with Desert Storm/Southern Watch. Couldn't find a way out the Second Time but Marshalled USS Arkansas thru RCOH in Bremerton, Same Ship i went TAD on to get Out of It for 6 Months the First Time. They Probably Need to Assign Shrinks to Ships going thru Overhaul. It's Depressing.
