NCOIC, Prime BEEF
Directed the operation of the Base Composting Facility. Awarded the "Best Managed Compost Facility" in the state of Alabama, by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management for 1995. Cross trained into the Readiness field in 1996. Took over as the Prime BEEF NCOIC and completely inventoried all the tools required by our deployable members, ordered all necessary tools to stock the tool kits at 100%. Trained base personnel in Chemical Warfare Defense and other war-time skills.

Chief of Production Control
Managed the Customer Service Unit to support facilities maintenance on the base. Directed the military and British civilian workforce to accomplish necessary maintenance and repair on the base. Coordinated and supervised the return of base facilities to the RAF upon Base closure in 1994.

Prime BEEF NCO/Production Control Specialist
Scheduled and recorded annual training for Civil Engineering Squadron personnel. Received, processed and closed out work requests from other squadrons. Tracked and scheduled man/hours for shops performing work on those requests. Was a member of the 1987 Readiness Challenge team that won the 12th AF competition held at Holloman AFB, NM.
