i went into the navy reserves in 1963 as a junior in high school after boot camp i went to Canada for two weeks on a destroy for ait train. finished high school in June 1965 and June 30th 1965 i was on active duty in road island until i went California aboard the USS Brinkley Bass DD887 for two years. in that time went two tours over to vet norm as gun firer sirport and pilot require.
