Military Experiences

May 1996 - Feb 1999
SNCOIC (Staff Non-Commission Officer In Charge)
Served in the roles of "Det Cmdr," Admin Chief, Public Affairs Chief, and "Det Commander," until Major Catherine Metzger took over command of the "team" (me) in the Fall of 1997. We were supposed to take over the Drill Center in the event of a war that caused the local reserve unit to deploy forward. It was purely a custodial role that happened to fit my current status as a college student. Summer of 1997 the Marine Corps League National Convention was held in Nashville. I met General Anthony Zinni and then-Commandant General Charles Krulak at this convention.
May 1993 - 1995
