E-5 Corpsman
Member of 25 person Surgical Intensive Care Unit about 1/2 enlisted 1/2 commissioned RN Officers. We were the first true Trauma Unit in military medical history and our airlift patients came from the enitire Pacific region. We were also a VA hospital and saved lives of many of our veterans.

12 person unit: We were on 24 hr standby always and ready to load our equipment, vehicle, and personnel to fly anywhere a C-130 could take us, Virginia, Gautemala, Colorado, to name a few. We were a moblle clinic with lab, pharmacy, and trained for routine medical and emergency services.
