I was born and raised in Marlborough, MA. I attended a Catholic Grammar School and Marlboro High School. I started college but dropped out and received my draft notice. I enlisted and joint the Army in July, 1967 and separated upon my return from Viet Nam in March, 1970. I returned to college and Graduated from UMASS Amherst followed by law school and am now a maritime lawyer in Norfolk, VA.
