My last assignment before retiring from the US Army Reserve. Mobilized and participated in Restore Democracy and Uphold Democracy in Haiti. Coordinated with the SecDef and SecState to develop the worldwide guidance for providing psychological operations support to United Nations missions. Provided MAJCOM Staff Supervision to the Civil Military Operations Center and the Military Information Support Team in Haiti.
