As a military retiree on TRICARE you are pretty much forced into Medicare when you turn 65, but a lot of us on RP aren't necessarily retirees and may not understand all the aspects of enrolling. I see all lot of people in this area who end up paying penalties because they didn't enroll during their eligibility period.
