Conservatives are pro-life and pro-americans, except when they are not. They can look past the release of 5k taliban fighters but getting Brittney back is a bridge too far. Its pathetic and sad.

They still bring up the 5K Taliban fighters at times though...and it wouldn't even be just Griner if they do a swap. It's her and Paul Whelan if they do it.

If the US acknowledges that Whelan is a spy, that changes the calculus to something more equitable...I agree.
