The video brought back some memories of the Air Assault course in FT Campbell. This is exactly what the black hats made us go through.

Absolutely, if you could complete the video you could do a minimum of 70 to 80 push-ups in 2 minutes.

Yes I've been using this technique for both pushups and sit-ups (up halfway, hold, top, down (shoulders never touch the ground). Notice the position of their arms and how close the elbows are kept to the body. This technique is also used in chaturanga yoga.
