Executive orders are not law and don’t carry the same weight as law. They aid the executive branch in carrying out or enforcing laws already enacted by constitutional means. So, no, I will not bow to the king.

No... but not ostentatiously so. I would not go walking back in forth in front of the police station with my AR-15, just waiting for them to make an issue of it. But I wouldn't be waltzing down to turn it in, either.
