It's never too early to plant the seed and get networking for your next career move. Many of our counterparts who recently transitioned out found this out the hard way. Ever since I came back from my deployment in '11 ive had nothing by off the wall jobs, nothing that lasted longer than a year or so. I get all those dream jobs online. The law says that employers have to post jobs for equal opportunity and all that stuff, but the law does not say that the employer will hire.
