Would you follow your Leadership style?

I thought that this was an interesting question and it got me thinking about my leadership style and potential negative attributes and it got me wondering, do my superiors, peers and subordinates feel the same way?

I would follow my style of leadership. I think that throughout the years I have always found that respect is the best policy. While there are certainly times that I had to chew some ass. It was well founded and required. Most often a simple "I'm disappointed" goes much further than yelling at someone.

I'm not sure. I think that I'd face a real risk of trying to out-stubborn myself.
