Looks a lot like a couple balsa gliders from my childhood stuck together, with a lot of turbines and a rocket booster strapped on. Not a very appealing aircraft.

Actually impressed... the picture doesn't do justice to it's size or its capabilities... I wonder if the rocket affixed in the center is for demonstration of payload attachment or is a part of the plane? With those 6 turbofan(?) engines, this thing must suck down a lot of fuel on takeoff and climb... with the way everything pictured is connected, no... I think I will pass on this one and wait for the B model...

Since it is being planned by Microsoft, will it have Windows for its onboard flight computer OS's? If so, will it (the OS) need to download security patches from Windows Live Updates every few days?
