Those who survive should have to pay for any damages caused by their inattention, and take a course on paying attention while walking near or on roadways, or driving. I suspect that it is even worse when texting or using apps on the phone.<br /><br />Offended by this sign? I suspect, that indicates you are among those who use the devices while driving.
