I am currently paying his Tricare for Life premiums. I am concerned about meeting the 50% + payment for his support requirement, even though the nursing home is not worth what they are being paid. I devote many hours to fixing "mistakes" and their incompetence. We would be grateful for any advice so as to submit a successful package, in good order. Would someone familiar with the Navy Incapacitated Child ID card be willing to confer with us? 2014-06-02T13:03:57-04:00 LCDR Robert Love 141575 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My son is disabled with a brain tumor he is in the process of being discharged from a nursing a facility.
