Or is there a website where I can order them for myself? 2016-01-12T14:48:53-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 1231391 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div> Would I need to go through my unit for standard issued glasses? If you are a member of the USAR and USANG and you are RED in vision and get an exam done, you will NOT be issued government glasses and inserts until/unless you MOB. As an AGR Soldier, I just go to my optometrist and request them. But my TPU Soldier get them via LHI. It is legit. We are Army Reserve. All you have to do is submit the form and your prescription. If you need glasses, tell the dictor to ORDER THEM FOR YOU. you will have limited options for frames, but they will mail them to you.
