Would I have to pay back my re-enlistment bonus If I drop a Warrant Officer packet before my enlistment is up?

I reclassed and re-enlisted and I got a bonus for MOS qualification. If I drop a warrant packet before my enlistment is up, would I need to payback the bonus?

I could be wrong but I believe you need to complete your first term with the new MOS at least. After that you might be fine but do not quote me on that.

No you don't. In fact, I usually tell people who are planning on becoming a Warrant to reenlist for the most money possible because you don't have to pay it back and all the time owed goes away once you become a Warrant.
