A better course of action may be to discuss having a civilian attorney file a restraining order. If it’s coming in on cell phones, then block their numbers. Send their emails to the Spam folder or automatically delete them. If you live on base and they don't have any DOD ID, they can't get on base unless someone with a DoD ID sponsors them. <br /><br /> If you live off base go apply for a protection order at your county courthouse.
