In 91F there is a bottleneck at E6, assuming you are even able to make it to SSG. If you do your choice of posts is pretty limited outside of FORSCOM divisions. Many of the smaller posts may only have one 91F3 a lot on the entire post. <br />Not a good job if you want to make the Army a career.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 2 at 2020 12:26 PM2020-07-02T12:26:27-04:002020-07-02T12:26:27-04:00PFC Private RallyPoint Member6096370<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Very long story short, I love weapons. I love the weapons I work on. I love when things break but that rarely happens. You will just do quarterlies, annuals and go to the range. If your motivated you can use the time in between to work on getting those points for promotion.Response by PFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 13 at 2020 1:54 AM2020-07-13T01:54:11-04:002020-07-13T01:54:11-04:00CPL Private RallyPoint Member6138068<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Depends of if you enjoy working with weapons. The SPC that just turned SGT didn't even do his job for 2 years, he was a desk jockey. <br />I'm new to the army and this is my first duty station and so far, I'm not enjoying it. Only time I got to do my job was for annuals and it's boring. Definitely reclassing.Response by PFC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 29 at 2020 2:04 AM2020-12-29T02:04:40-05:002020-12-29T02:04:40-05:00SGT Jeff Sandoval6704628<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It depends on if you want to make the Army a career. I spent my whole 20 plus years in the Armament. Yes rank was hard to reach, but on the other hand I to pull trigger or lanyard on everything in the Army that goes BANG.<br />After I retired I still work in the Small Repair world. I work as a DOD contractor . I do everything like before but I am just a civilian. I get paid very well and I love it. I have no regrets of picking Small ArmsResponse by SGT Jeff Sandoval made Jan 29 at 2021 9:05 PM2021-01-29T21:05:00-05:002021-01-29T21:05:00-05:002020-07-02T09:37:02-04:00
