I would also recommend such a discussion aimed at helping family members identify their veteran's triggers and educate the family on developing coping skills to help the veterans through the episode. There are very few programs dedicated to educating family members on the issues the veteran will be dealing with after their return home. Such a program could help reduce the divorce rate, reduce domestic violence, incarceration, while also reaffirming family values.
Happy New Year everyone!Response by Sgt Joe LaBranche made Dec 31 at 2015 1:59 PM2015-12-31T13:59:48-05:002015-12-31T13:59:48-05:00CAPT Kevin B.1207852

I'll offer up service as a panel member to aid in the USAJOBS/RESUMIX Maze. I can also weigh in on how selection panels run, resume vs. interview, EEO, grievances, and scoring. I was a senior CS hiring officer for a number of years and would run after office hours transition mentoring to MILs up until I retired.

Although Sgt Joe LaBranche has a great idea, I'm concerned that his topics would so dilute your scope, not much can come of it.
