No. The only way I see Linux ever becoming a viable gaming platform is two major points:

1) Performance gains over Windows becomes nontrivial, and
2) Linux can gain critical mass for developers to publish games on it.

As it stands, it's still a niche OS, and Nvidia developing on it is not going to change that any time soon.

SGT Private RallyPoint Member The only benefit I see from a Distro from nVidia would be that it is optimized for its graphics cards. We would still be shackled to the MAN if we used it!
