The money pressure goes down, the pressure of being tied to your stuff and the pressure of getting a place to store all that stuff goes down too. It is all connected. Weights are great, but just do not burn up stress for me like running, cycling, or swimming does.<br /><br />For my finances, I like to free write about them. What upcoming expenses do I have, how much value does X really add to my life for the price, how much future compound interest gains am I really giving up by spending Y amount on Z.<br /><br />For health, obviously the "Performance Triad" of exercise, sleep, and diet are essential.
