With the new corrective training coming in to place, is there a specific number the SM has to do then stop? Not just to drop the soldier and make them do push ups. IE. late to formation, well then I take time away from them after the day. I have yet to read all through Army Regulation 600-20. So, I could be way off. Do others what to chime in. You start smoking people, I am going to bet you and the IG will be on a first name basis. Seek out guidance from your First Sergeant, let him or the commander post guidance, that way you have something to CYA with.
