With the Army's current effort to increase the active component by 16,000 by Sept 30, what do you all see occurring in the next 1-3 years?

Simply trying to get input and see differing opinions on where everyone sees the Army heading on a global platform, based off the current efforts of increasing forces and present political climate or military/economic relationships with China, Russia, North Korea, ISIS, etc.
What do you think is the most probable COA in the next 3 years, and the most deadly?

I may also be incorrect with the 16,000 number. I know that is what it was last I checked anything on the Call To Active initiated earlier this year.

We are going to grow, just like we've done many times before with different methods and plans.
As long as we keep learning from mistakes in the past, we will be fine.

With the ever increasing possible threat from Asia, we need to increase numbers to show we are ready if any of those countries wish to get froggie.

See military adopting a three front response. Russia, China, NK with a few third world skirmishes. United States once again world leaders, not because we want it, but because nations demand it.
