If it was me I would like to see it go to training, schools, and awards. Mainly to the training and schools these two areas will set soldiers apart from their peers and weed out the soldiers that wanna get promoted or just buy their time. They will have to change the system very soon as many Soldiers coming in today will not have the chance to deploy, but not sure where the points would be "best" used. There are many arguments for them to go many places. Military education unfortunately sometimes is out of the control of the Soldier, especially now in these days of budget restrictions. College education can be another area for the points, might be the incentive for some Soldiers to start their higher education if they haven't done so already. I don't agree with the idea of putting the points back into the actual board, because I have seen some boards where is just a popularity contest, or a check the block type of thing.
