We find them to be excellent. One thing we really like about the candidates is that they all must have a bachelors degree or higher to attend. We are able to spend quality time with the candidates either in an interview room or set up meeting prior. We have found many quality candidates for our corporate positions as well as our agency owner positions. If resumes are submitted before the early registration cut-off date, then employers can preview the attendees ahead of time and submit interview requests directly to reStart for coordination. I think any of these services that have been around are worth your time as they will prepare you well for interviews and transition from the military. Validate their reputation and pick one or two at the most. Check your ego at the door because if they do their job, they will tell you very bluntly if your answers to interview questions are off the mark. For me, they taught me how to translate my military experience and success into terms corporate america would understand. Also drilled on common interview questions and how to answer them. Later, they specifically provided background info on all the companies (20) that I would interview the next day. The main point you need to understand is that these companies will get you job offers, BUT their mission is to get you hired so they get paid, NOT to find you YOUR ideal job. They will set you up with companies and jobs that THEY feel fit your experience best and not necessarily listen to what you want. Again, still worth going to because the lessons they taught me, continue to pay dividends long after my transition was over.
