Will We see a Difference in the World on the 20th Anniversary of 9/11?

Lets Be in Prayer for the Families of the Victims! We Will NEVER Forget! I will never forget where I was on this Day! I will Never forget how FAST it Changed our Society and our Sense of Normalcy! However, I still BELIEVE and I still BELIEVE in Hope! God Bless America!

That's an excellent question. With any luck the ISIS, Al Qaeda, Taliban and any other radical groups be wiped off the face of the earth. But we know this won't happen.

Define "a difference"? Haven't we already seen a difference made 14 years ago? Good or bad, the world forever changed at 8:45am on September 11, 2001 and it will continue to change well beyond the 20th Anniversary of the attacks. While we have hunted and eliminated many of our enemies, more have come and more will continue to come. The world will never be a place without war. It will never be a place where warring parties finally realize that they can do more working with each other rather than against each other. Will we see a difference? Of course, but haven't we already?

A difference? We already live in a different world because of 9/11. We have given our government unprecedented rights to invade our privacy, Law Enforcement authorities may now conduct secret searches and wiretaps in your home or office without showing “probable cause.”, Americans can now be jailed without a formal charge & without the right to confront the witnesses or evidence against them, Americans can be detained without being given access to legal representation, there is a lack of freedom of information, there are body scanners in airports, there are security checking our bags when we go to amusement parks, ball games, concerts, there are police stationed in our schools, we are now beyond hunting for the perpetrators of 9/11 and exacting punishment on them....... and still we are fighting them...

We probably won't see a noticeable difference between the 19th and the 20th year but comparing the year it happened with the 20th there will be a noticeable difference. Change is constant and while we are in it we often don't see it. It's harder to stand back and look over time, but a lot has happened. Ironically, on some fronts (security, etc) we are going back to closer to how we were before. Shouldn't that be the goal? To be able to live normally without the fear of an attack?

A special prayer today to all the victims and survivors of the attacks, their families, and friends.

SPC Andrew Griffin I certainly hope that the impact of Wahhabi doctrine followers will be relegated to history because those movements [ISIS, Boko Horan, a;-Qaeda] will have both been defeated and collapsed based on internal internecine squabbles several years prior to 9/11/2020.
I realize that is somewhat wishful thinks; but, God knows what the future holds and it is certainly good for those who trust in Him. For He works all things to good for those who love Him and are called according to His purposes.

Within 6 years we will begin seeing dissolution of national boundaries in the Mideast (already true between Iraq and Syria) and the beginnings of a sectarian split with greatly increased levels of terrorism, militias, and nation-state fighting.

No - There is only one thing to know: The Biden Administration are Traitors and what they did this month is 100% Treasonous. The Irony of #NeverFoget: The people who flew the planes into the towers were just given the most sophisticated military assets on the planet as a 20 Year Anniversary gift while 100s of Americans (perhaps thousands) were left behind and Allies and Terps were left for slaughter.
