Couple different ways to do it. I had an orange sized hydrocele back in the day. Different mechanism, but same outcome. Post op, my buddies made sure to mention my &quot;trauma&quot; loudly at the O Club. I just told them their Bloody Mary&#39;s were spiced up with a nutsicle. Good time by all.
