SSgt Alex Robinson If Clinton is actually charged for her alleged violations then it would certainly be in the best interest of the Democratic party for her to withdraw from the race. I can not picture a world where a convicted, or even suspected, criminal could be elected as the President of the United States.

I don't care if she withdraws. I do care that she has not yet been charged with multiple felonies, and that her disciples cannot comprehend the gravity of her actions.

Not a chance. What have they managed to find her guilty of so far? The Clinton's are a slippery bunch and cover their tracks well. If the FBI gets done and makes a recommendation for further action before the election, the DOJ will sit on it for a while. I can not imagine her giving up on a life long ambition, unless actually convicted of a serious offense. And that is improbable. I think she is guilty as hell, but the justice department can do as they have in the past, be subservient to the
Democrat Party and protect Hillary.

If it had been any normal service member the UCMJ proceeding would have come fast and furious.
The security paperwork that was required to be signed annually regarding title 18 was very clear.
Anything considered TS based on the data was maintained in a restricted secure area or SCIF

I will ask this question again. If she is under investigation and may be charged and if charged how can she hold a clearance all of ours and everyone else would have lost it a long time ago. So when she gets the nomination how will she be allowed to start receiving intel updates because both candidates will start receiving intel and situation briefs now how is that going to work when under charges or investigation.?

One possible scenario: She is indicted just before the DNC convention, and they trot out Uncle Joe to save the day.
