I&#39;ve heard and read that people have had their PCS orders deleted because of that. Does anyone know anything about that? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The MRC3 code can trigger a Medical retention review board. Hopefully the PA does not initiate one. Remember, is based on limitations, and those on profile cannot PCS unless they are 100% deployable.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>A MRC3 temp profile does not trigger a Med-Board, however, if you still have a MRC3 profile when you complete your 5118, you won’t be able to clear medical because you have to be deployable when you PCS.
