I actually think it could be. If so there will undoubtedly be upgrades and "renovations" over time, but nothing leads me to think performance has suffered or is expected to that would dictate the need for a new platform. My biggest caveat to that statement though is when unmanned vehicles become more prevalent.

No the F35 JCF are a multi task which are designed for different payloads for their roles in combat

No, to my understanding the AF is working on developing a new bomber. A better thing to say would be that it could be the last manned bomber, although I hope it isn't. Nothing beats actually being in the pilot's seat, I'm sure even combat pilot's can agree on that.
