I am not a 420A Technician, however as a CCWO, I review hundreds of ORBs and like half of them have their service obligation and the others do not. This dynamic changes all the time and things drop off and then slip back on, it is amazing. Now a 42 or 420A may have the exact answer, but just visit your S1 and have it added back and your recent VOL INDEF status should have picked up if you qualified, however sometimes you have to PUSH to get it on there. I totally understand wanting to have your stuff straight for a QMP, lack of record maintenance is an indicator for some.
