Why would my DD 214 list "5 destroyed copies, best available document, data missing"? Has anyone ever seen this?

If you are asking where you can get a copy, you can request your documents from the National Archives with the submission of an SF 180

Is this English? I think you are asking where to get a copy of your DD214 because your copies were destroyed? as referenced below you can request one from the national archives. Once you get it I suggest uploading it into a pdf file on your computer so that you never have to worry about it being destroyed, honestly that's good practice for all important docs - Birth cert, marriage license, etc

Site not user friendly. 'My DD214 lists copies "1-5 destroyed, best available document," What does this mean, and why is it there, and why has no provider of mine in the VA medical system (since 2002) has seen this on a DD214. For active and ANG service during 1975-1982, USAF. Recieved honorable discharge.
