Why won't my feed update?

I have been seeing the same feeds for 9 days in a row with no new topics or questions, I have emailed the site support twice with no answer. It's like I am in limbo. What is going on with this site?

Beginning last week, we noticed some home feeds were reloading the same discussions over and over, often in the same order. Furthermore, many old posts from years past have been bubbling up at the same time. This has caused those home feeds to appear static.
