Why were these details not included/reported during the Freddie Grey investigation?

I am wondering why these details weren't released before the charges came out. Do you think States Attorney Marilyn Mosby issued accurate and justified indictments of the officers?
Is the current investigation and charges biased and/or accurate?

I don't find this "convenient witness" credible in the least. The only thing he brings to light is the preliminary drug test showing Mr. Gray popped hot for weed and heroine -if that is true and that he was supposedly in the middle of a drug deal when the police caught him. He has no insight into what happened in the van and merely seems to be trying to counter the prosecutor's BS of why the 6 were charged.

The AG does not want to compromise the case. It doesnt matter what the populace thinks anor the media outlets. The legal process is such that even if guilty of this atrocious act the Officers and all citizens are innocent until proven guilty and the AG has a duty to present that evidence at trial not try them in the court of public opinion where they are already guilty.

No one should die in custody like this. There seems to be a smoking gun but I hope that the AG has evidence that all charged were in fact complicit in this act and that they are not charging them all to make a political statement.
