Why is there an unsigned and a signed OCIE Record? And which one should I use to prepare for retiring?

Will CIF expect me to turn in the items on the unsigned copy of my OCIE record or only what's on the signed OCIE record?

I would gather they would want to see the signed version. But, I recommend you contact the CIF where you will turn in your stuff to see what they say. I've seen different CIF do different things.

You have to go to CIF. They’ll print out a list of items you need to turn in. They’ll print out instructions for appearance, cleaning, organizing order so it fits the stations you’ll be going through.

I went to CIF, and they want me to use the UNSIGNED OCIE record, even though it is full of items I never signed for...
