<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Everything about this is wrong. <br />The forever GI Bill isn&#39;t open to gulf vets, it&#39;s for post 9/11 GI Bill beneficiaries.<br />Anyone who has any GI Bill benefits remaining is eligible for VET TEC. <br />The VA doesn&#39;t get to make laws about who is eligible for what GI Bill, that&#39;s a function of Congress.
